The Cairns team
Paul is the driving force behind our business, with responsibility for strategy, site identification and acquisition and works closely with architects, designers and other partners to achieve his vision of a perfect Cairns home.
Paul originally founded a roofing and builders merchant business back in 1990, which he sold in 2001 to focus on other construction-related companies. But his passion has always been building beautiful, individually designed executive properties, and his sole focus is now Cairns Homes.
Alan has more than 30 years’ experience working in all aspects of construction. He joined Cairns in 1997, progressing into roles as a Foreman, Estimator, and eventually, Project Manager. Alan is responsible for all day-to-day operations, including site management, site budgeting, materials and labour planning and procurement, and our health and safety compliance.
Sales Manager
Caroline has been matching customers with their dream homes for more than 30 years, firstly for a number of corporate developers. On recognising the quality of a Cairns home, she joined Paul in 2004. Caroline works closely with our home buyers to achieve the best layouts and ensure their every need is met throughout the construction and purchasing process.
Graeme spent 25 years in financial due diligence with PwC, Robson Rhodes, and Grant Thornton before joining Cairns in 2009. He is responsible for our accounting matters, including forecasting and modelling, plus administrative, secretarial, and marketing duties. He also assists Paul with site research.
